The precision-stitched squares are filled with high-density, BPA-free micro-beads that are evenly distributed throughout the blanket, ensuring even weight distribution. The blanket measures 50 inches by 75 inches (127 cm x 190.5 cm).

Weighted blankets should be around 10% of your total body weight. The Calming Comfort Weighted Blankets come in four different weights: 10 lb for individuals from 80 lb to 125 lb; 15 lb for individuals from 125 lb to 175 lb; 20 lb for individuals from 175 lb to 225 lb; and 25 lb for individuals 225 lb and up.
